FLYING WITHOUT FEAR

Many people suffer anxiety at the prospect of flying. Whether it is the unfamiliar aircraft, those strange noises that an aeroplane makes or the fear of losing control, Virgin Atlantic's Flying Without Fear programme is designed to help you overcome your fear.

The course lasts for one day and includes expert help from one of our experienced Virgin Atlantic captains and a psychotherapist. At the end of the course you'll get a certificate signed by Richard Branson and a free relaxation tape or CD.

WHAT IS THE FLYING WITHOUT FEAR COURSE?

Our experienced Virgin Atlantic pilots talk you through everything you may want to know about flight.
Virgin Atlantic staff will be available to answer your questions throughout the day, including someone from every department you would come into contact with when taking your flight.
A relaxation session will be taken by our well-known psychotherapist.
A 45 minute flight.
Free relaxation tape / CD.
Certificate of achievement signed by Richard Branson.

HOW DO I BOOK MY COURSE?

Our Flying Without Fear courses run throughout the year at Gatwick, Heathrow, Manchester and Birmingham airports. The price of the course is £199 plus VAT.

WHAT ABOUT WHEN I'M ON MY FLIGHT?

We have a dedicated Flying Without Fear audio channel to help anyone through their flight. On selected flights we also have a meditainment channel giving our passengers the chance for some quality deep relaxation whilst flying with us.
