Use our In Town check in service to avoid the queues at the airport and squeeze every last minute out of your trip. If you’re hooking up with us from a connecting flight you’ll find us at desk 33 in the International Transfer area.

When to arrive for your flight
We recommend you get to the airport with plenty of time to spare – it’s a good way to avoid last-minute stress!  As a rule of thumb:

- Virgin Atlantic flights: arrive at the airport at least three hours before your flight is due to leave.
- Partner airline flights: we recommend you check in three hours before your scheduled departure.

Did you know?
If you’re flying on a Tuesday or Sunday, we recommend you check in early to avoid the busiest time between 14.00 and 15.30 – leaving you time to relax over a bite to eat.
