Dim Sum in Hong Kong

"Seek out Dim Sum away from the main tourist areas. Try taking the Mass Transit Railway out to the New Territories, somewhere like Sha Tin or further out like Ma On Shan – it looks far on the map but it really doesn’t take that long.”

A tour of St Lucia

“I fully recommend taking a tour to the drive-through volcano and the botanical gardens. The beach between the two Piton Mountains at the Jalousie Plantation is everything paradise should be.”

Geoff Hutchinson

Geoff grew up in the Philippines “The island Cebu is a touristy place, but beautiful. My degree in Airline Management inspired me to become Cabin Crew.”

Technology and treats in Tokyo

"Get your bearings and take in the view from the top of the Tokyo Tower. For electronics, gadgets and all things tech, the Akihabara area is a must-go. For anything camera-related I’d recommend a store called Yodobashi. You can usually get a 5% discount if you bring your passport and departure card.

“If you have a sweet tooth like me, then you will love Japanese sweets. My personal favourite are the Meiji brand, which can be found in all supermarkets. But try the traditional ones too – Mochi’s are made of sweet, glutinous sticky rice and mostly filled with red beans.”

Pool Parties in Vegas

“Nightlife in Vegas starts during the day. The pool parties are amazing. Best ones to try are Ditch at the Palms hotel, Wet Republic at MGM Grand and Rehab at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. They often have top DJs and celebrity guest hosts."

Shopping in Orlando

“I would advise people to Google the outlet malls before visiting. There are sections on the websites which let you know which shops are offering further discounts that week. It’s definitely worth trying to shop at the beginning of your stay, as some stores give you a discount card, which can be used at a later date.”
