Show your Flying Club membership card at check in.
Keep all copies of your original receipts until the correct amount of miles appear on your account. If the miles do not show on your account within six weeks, please submit a claim via our claim missing partner miles form. Please note: you have to be a logged in as a Flying Club member to view the Claim Missing Miles form.

To earn Flying Club miles you must be a member of Starwood Preferred Guest, Starwood's own loyalty programme. Enrol on-line at www.starwoodhotels.com (opens in a new window) at the hotel check in or call one of the SPG Customer Contact Centres. When enrolling, make sure you set your preferences to always earn Flying Club miles.
Eligible charges include almost all room rates, food & beverage charges, laundry and dry cleaning, telephone and in-room faxes, in-room movies and in-room video games. Please check with the hotel at the time of booking.
Ineligible charges include but are not limited to taxes, service charges, gratuities, parking, recreational charges, airline crew room rates, any portion of a stay in excess of 30 consecutive nights. Please check with the hotel at the time of booking.
Conversion Points to Miles:
There is a minimum conversion level of 2,500 Starpoints for Preferred Guest members and 1,500 Starpoints for Preferred Plus, Corporate Preferred and Gold Preferred members.
There is no minimum conversion level for Platinum members.
