Join Best Western Rewards®, set your earning preference to 'Airline miles' and enter your Flying Club details as your default Frequent Flyer Club via your online account or by calling the Rewards Team on 0845 337 6037.
Make a booking online at www.bestwesternrewards.co.uk (opens in a new window) or by contacting the Best Western Rewards® booking line on freephone 0800 75 75 75 quoting your Best Western Rewards® membership number. Please check at time of booking that the rate is eligible to earn Flying Club miles.
Show your Best Western Rewards® membership card at check in/checkout and advise you wish to earn Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles.
Keep all copies of original receipts until the correct amount of miles appears in your account.
If they do not show within 6 weeks, please complete a claim missing miles form.

500 Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles are earned per qualifying stay at any Best Western Hotel worldwide. A qualified stay is defined as one or more consecutive nights at the same Best Western Hotel, regardless of numbers of check-ins and check-outs, at a Best Western Rewards® qualified rate. You can only earn miles if you have made and paid for the booking and actually stay at the hotel which is the subject of the booking. Miles cannot be earned on your behalf.
You must present your Best Western Rewards® membership card ("Card") at check-in and when settling your bill on check-out of the hotel in order to obtain your Rewards Programme miles.
