Where Virgin Atlantic Airways does not have its own Clubhouse, an alternative lounge is used. These shared lounges are either owned by the Airport Authority or another airline and are offered to our Upper Class passengers.

Upper Class passengers will receive an invite to the SAS Business Class Lounge in Terminal 5. The lounge is located airside near the gate area, just past the security check point.
Within the lounge, the following facilities are available:

- Internet access via WIFI
- Hot and cold drinks /alcoholic beverages
- Finger foods such as sandwiches, fruit and veggie trays
- Newspaper/magazines
- Bathroom facilities are located outside of the lounge
- Business Center
