Fares for departures from Friday and Saturday may be higher each way. Atlanta, Boston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, and San Francisco: Minimum stay is 7 days and maximum stay is 12 months. Chicago, Las Vegas, Orlando and Washington D.C.: Minimum stay is 7 days and maximum stay is 6 months. Ticket Advice (PTAs) are not permitted. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights. Entertainment systems on some aircraft provide less than 300 hours of entertainment. Reservations and Ticketing
50 day advanced purchase required. 21 day advanced purchase requried for Atlanta. Full ticketing for the entire journey must be made at time of booking. Fares are subject to change without notice, and are bookable through virginatlantic.com, Virgin Atlantic reservations or your travel agent. Changes are permitted at anytime for $300 plus difference in fare.
Traveling with Children
Accompanied children that are 2-11 shall pay 75% of the adult fare. Unaccompanied children that are 5-15 years of age shall pay full adult fare. An infant under 2 years of age without a seat shall pay 10% of the adult fare. An infant under 2 years of age traveling in a seat shall pay 75% of the adult fare. When one adult travels with two infants, the adult passenger may only hold one infant (and pay 10% of the adult fare). An additional seat must be purchased at 75% of the adult fare for the 2nd infant. The maximum number of infants per adult passenger is two.
