Fares are each way based on round trip purchase. Exchange rates are subject to fluctuation and are accurate as of February 22, 2012. The above advertised fares do not include complimentary limo service. UK Government taxes are increasing for all travel starting April 01, 2012.
Restrictions
Blackout Periods for Washington D.C. and Chicago: Travel is not permitted July 20, 2012 through August 05, 2012 for departure of outbound transatlantic sector. Blackout Periods for Miami and Boston: Travel is not permitted July 23, 2012 through July 26, 2012 for departure of outbound transatlantic sector and travel is not permitted August 08, 2012 through August 14, 2012 for departure of inbound transatlantic sector. Fares shown are for weekday departures (Monday - Wednesday) only. Fares for departures from Thursday - Sunday may be higher each way. Refunds are permitted before departure for $500, after departure is non-refundable. Minimum stay is Saturday night and maximum stay is 3 months. Pre-paid Ticket Advice (PTAs) are not permitted. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights. Entertainment systems on some aircraft provide less than 300 hours of entertainment. Reservation and Ticketing
Sixty day advance purchase is required. + Fourteen day advance purchase is required. Full ticketing for the entire journey must be made at time of booking. Fares subject to change without notice, and are bookable through virginatlantic.com, Virgin Atlantic reservations or your travel agent. Changes are permitted at any time for $500.
Traveling with Children
Accompanied children that are 2-11 shall pay 80% of the adult fare. Unaccompanied children that are 5-15 years of age shall pay full adult fare. An infant under 2 years of age without a seat shall pay 10% of the adult fare. An infant under 2 years of age traveling in a seat shall pay 80% of the adult fare. When one adult travels with two infants, the adult passenger may only hold one infant (and pay 10% of the adult fare). An additional seat must be purchased at 80% of the adult fare for the 2nd infant. The maximum number of infants per adult passenger is two.
