To earn miles:
Book your Singapore Airlines flights directly with them on 0844 800 2380 and remember to quote your Flying Club membership number.
Please show your Flying Club membership card at check in.
When claiming miles please keep all copies of your original tickets/e-tickets and boarding passes until the correct amount of miles appear on your account. If the miles do not show on your account within six weeks, complete a claim missing miles form.
Please note: you must be logged in to your Flying Club account to view the Claim Missing Miles form.

Redemptions in Business Class and First Class on their A380, 777-300ER and A340-500 aircraft types are not available.

Miles may only be earned on flights operated by SQ. Singapore miles earned retrospectively can only be claimed for up to 6 months after the date of travel.
Miles will be issued to Flying Club members when they travel in the classes listed. It may take up to 60 days for missing miles to appear on a Flying Club account.
Additional miles will not be earned for bookings that are subsequently upgraded to a higher class whereby an additional fare difference is paid.

One stopover and one turnaround open jaw is permitted per round trip journey within the same zone.
