To claim your Flying Club miles, simply take your shopping receipts on the day of your visit to one of the Tourist Information Centres in any one of the 9 Chic Outlet Shopping® Villages, along with your Flying Club membership card and the relevant mileage will be credited to your Flying Club account.
- Flying Club members can collect 1 mile for every £1/€1 spent at one of the nine Chic Outlet Shopping Villages.
- Miles may take up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase to credit your Flying Club account.
- You should collect your miles on the day of purchase by visiting the Tourist Information or Welcome Centre of the Village and presenting your Flying Club membership card along with your original shopping receipts.
- If you do not remember to visit the Tourist Information or Welcome Centre on the day, you can collect your Flying Club miles by submitting your full name, contact details, Flying Club membership number and scanned copies of your shopping receipts by email to: TravelTrade@ChicOutletShopping.com to have miles added to your Flying Club account retrospectively.
Emailed requests will be submitted to the relevant Village and Flying Club members will receive confirmation of their miles transaction by email. No transactions will be carried out without shopping receipts or proof of purchases made on the day of purchase and any retrospective claim must be submitted within 30 days of your visit.
