Requesting a refund
If you do not yet have a refund, select one of the options below:
Before continuing, please note, your refund will NOT be processed via the Online Request form, if:
- Your ticket has been purchased within the last 24 hours.
- Your ticket has not been purchased in the UK.
- You have made a Flying Club booking.
- You wish to change your booking.
- Your ticket was purchased through a travel agent or tour operator.
- You do not wish to cancel all of the passengers/flights in your booking
- Your claim is not for a ticket refund.

Please continue to our online refund request forms, if the above conditions are not applicable to you. All refunds are credited to the original form of payment, or/and person who paid for the ticket.
