Shared lounges

Unfortunatley we don't have a clubhouse in every location.  Don't worry though, we've teamed up with our friends at the airport or another airline to provide you with a clubhouse which is as good as our own.

Antigua
Our Upper Class passengers and Flying Club gold card holders are invited to use the Big Banana Lounge.

Barbados
The Club Caribbean VIP Executive Lounge is available.

Montego Bay
Club Mobay Lounge which is located on the lower level between Gate 8 and the Red Stripe Restaurant. Passengers can use either the staircase or an elevator to get the lounge.

Cancun
The Mera Lounge is locatedafter Security, exit the Duty Free Shop and turn right towards the 'Bubba Gump' restaurant. Turn right to the end of the hall where a sign indicates the Lounge entrance.

Cape Town
The Premiere Lounge is located in the International Departure Terminal, on the 1st floor after passing through security.

Chicago
Upper Class passengers will receive an invite to the SAS Business Class Lounge in Terminal 5. The lounge is located airside near the gate area, just past the security check point. Within the lounge, the following facilities are available:

• Internet access via WIFI
• Complimentary hot and cold drinks /alcoholic beverages are available
• Complimentary finger foods such as sandwiches, fruit and veggie trays are available
• Newspaper/magazines are available
• Bathroom facilities are located outside of the lounge, but very close by
• Business Center

Delhi
Plaza Premium Lounge located at CIP level 3 in the retail area of terminal 3. About a 5 minute walk from security, follow "Lounges A" sign, take the escalator on your left.

Dubai
Dubai Airports Business Class Lounge, near gate 108 (Concourse 1) airside.

Grenada
No facilities currently available.

Havana
The Elegante Salon is located after passing through immigration.

Lagos
The ASL business class lounge has a range of facilities including a self service bar offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, TV and shower facilities. The lounge is on the Upper Floor.

Las Vegas
The Club Las Vegas Lounge is located in Terminal 3 and opens at 11am daily.

Los Angeles
Upper Class passengers can use the Air New Zealand Lounge and all of its facilities, from the Business Zone to the showers in the Refreshment Zone. The lounge is located in Terminal 2.

Due to conflicting flight schedules we often operate at the same time as Air New Zealand this means that at peak times they are unable to accommodate all their own guests in the lounge as well as ours. In these situations we are required to send the over spill to the Air Canada Lounge, the Air Canada lounge by design is only classed as a short-haul business lounge and so does not have the full service offering that would be found in the Air New Zealand lounge or a Virgin Clubhouse. We are aware of the disparity between the two lounges and try to keep use of the Air Canada lounge to a minimum.

Manchester
The Escape Lounge, First Floor, Airside.

Miami
The Club America Lounge is open to Virgin Atlantic Upper Class passengers. Food and drink are available together with entertainment facilities including TV and video. The lounge is located on Concourse E, 2nd floor (airside).

Nairobi
The Kenya Duty Free First Class Lounge is located between Gates 10 and 11. Facilities include a bar serving snacks and beverages, internet services and local and international newspapers.

Orlando
The Delta Sky Club is located in Airside 4 (Gates 60-99) in the centre atrium.

Shanghai
The business area of the No77 Lounge located next to Gate 77 is open to Upper Class passengers.

St. Lucia
The Iyanola Executive Lounge is available for our Upper Class passengers.

Sydney
Upper Class passengers are invited to unwind in the Air New Zealand International Lounge located in Terminal C - enjoy a snack in the cafe, sit back with a drink at the bar or make use of the business facilities.

Tobago

Vancouver
Plaza Premium Lounge (International Departures), located on level 3 (after security and straight ahead).
