- Keep all copies of your original receipts until the correct amount of miles appear on your account. Qualifying room rates to earn miles exclude airline employee rates, inter-company or employee discount rates, any complimentary, free of charge or barter rooms, any stays in connection with frequent traveller awards, gift certificates or other awards or discounts, wholesale, package tour operator, conference, travel industry discount, special discounted and long stay rates.
Qualifying spend means all charges (exclusive of service charge or any taxes) when making use of the food and beverage or any related services including without limitation telephone calls and laundry services but excluding conference related and third party services.
