Miles can only be earned on journeys booked via www.virgintrains.com (opens in a new window) for travel on Virgin Trains only. You must provide your Flying Club membership number at time of booking.

Any other journeys or booking channels will not earn miles. If you need to start or end your journey on another Train Operator then you will have to purchase the different journeys separately to ensure you earn your miles on the Virgin Trains journey. When miles will be allocated at different time depending on the type of ticket purchased.
Advance tickets are non refundable and require you to travel on a set date and time. Miles will be allocated up to 5 days after the day of travel.
Anytime, Off Peak, Super Off Peak and Virgin Business tickets allow more flexibility about the date or time that you travel. Your miles will be allocated up to 65 days after the outward date of travel.
Retrospective mile claims must be made within 90 days of the outbound journey.
You are not able to spend your miles for travel on Virgin Trains.
