Flying Co miles can be redeemed to enable your company travellers to fly with us; simply check the mileage levels you need in the table below. You can book your Virgin Atlantic flights online or by calling the Flying Co helpline*

The table below shows the Flying Co miles required for a round trip with Virgin Atlantic. Simply divide this amount in half to see how many miles are required for a one way trip.

Generally we recommend that you contact us as far in advance as possible to book reward tickets as seats book up quickly and are subject to availability. However, please note that due to a change in the configuration of our Gatwick based aircraft, Upper Class reward availability on flights departing from Gatwick is now more limited. On these flights, the number of reward seats allocated 11 months prior has been reduced, but more reward seats may become available closer to the departure date.

You should book your company travellers flights at least five days before departure. If no seats are available, we'll let you know straight away and arrange an alternative date.

Company travellers can either receive their ticket via email or by post (upon request). Once we've issued a ticket you may be able to change the date, the route or class of service for a fee of GBP25 (subject to availability).

All reward flights are subject to availability. Please note that reward flights are not available in Upper Class or Premium Economy on a Friday or a Sunday on any route except Cape Town or Shanghai. On a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Johannesburg are also unavailable.

The usual passenger taxes, fees, charges and surcharges apply and must be paid by each company traveller.

*If Virgin Atlantic flights are redeemed by telephone the agent will need to verify the Flying co Administrator/ Secondary contact's identity by asking security questions.
