Q When will
my flyingco. membership
expire?
A Your flyingco. membership contract period runs for 12 months and will run to the end of the calendar month the following year, irrespective of the day you joined. For example, if you joined flyingco. on 16 March 2004 your flyingco. account will expire on 31 March 2005. Q What activity does my company have to undertake in order to renew my flyingco. account? A If your company has earned at least 20,000 flyingco. miles* within a contract period, from at least two linked company travellers, your account will automatically be renewed. However, if your company has not earned 20,000 flyingco. miles within a contract period the flyingco. account will be terminated and the flyingco. Administrator and Secondary Contact will be notified via email. *This target is based on core miles only, as shown on the flyingco. earning table and excludes any additional miles earned through promotional offers. |
