CUT OUT CHECK IN
If you arrive at Heathrow, Gatwick or Johannesburg by chauffeur driven car or LimoBike, your chauffeur will check you in at our unique Drive Thru Check In so you can bypass the terminal and head straight for the Clubhouse.
If you make your own way to the airport, we've got an efficient and friendly dedicated Upper Class check in area. Express hand baggage check in is also available at a number of airports, as are Fast Track passport and immigration channels. At Heathrow, if you'd prefer to minimise your time at the airport, you can arrive as late as 40 minutes before departure and go straight through our Private Security Channel to the boarding gate. In Upper Class there are no set meal times. You’re free to eat what you like, when you like.
A three course meal after take off? Coming right up. A bacon sandwich and a fresh juice at the bar after a little snooze? No problem. Your choice from our Freedom menu will be individually and freshly prepared to your order and served up in style on fine china. You'd be forgiven for thinking you were in a restaurant, not a plane. GOOD NIGHT, SLEEP TIGHT
We all know that eating late and going to bed straight away can make it difficult to sleep. That's why you should take advantage of our Good Night service or our dedicated Snooze Zone, from the US East Coast or London Heathrow on certain flights leaving after 7pm.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Virgin Atlantic is unable to continue to offer the Teleadapt In Flight Power Adapter through its onboard Retail Therapy service, for people wishing to purchase the product to enable them to charge their laptops whilst working onboard.
Please ensure you have a suitable adapter with you, if you wish to use your laptop onboard. We hope to rectify this situation soon.
