As if the Upper Class Suite isn't the height of relaxation and comfort already, the Good Night Flight service and Snooze Zone provides Upper Class passengers with even more opportunity to enjoy the best night's sleep in the sky.
SNOOZE ZONE
If you'd like to get to sleep as quickly as possible once the flight is airborne, we highly recommend taking advantage of the delicious hot meals* served in our Clubhouses prior to departure. Our cabin crew know that passengers in Snooze Zone seats wish to sleep rather than eat and are on hand to make up your bed as soon as the seatbelt signs have been switched off, and serve you a nightcap if desired.
With the lights dimmed, you'll be left to sleep with as minimal disruption as possible. You can even lie-in, (rather than being woken up for breakfast an hour and half prior to landing) and take advantage of a hot breakfast and a shower in our Revivals lounge at London Heathrow instead. However, should you feel hungry, a choice of freshly prepared meals can be eaten at the bar during the flight and cabin crew can wake you for breakfast if desired.

GOOD NIGHT FLIGHT
To complement our Good Night Flight service, we offer a great range of food options in our Clubhouses. For passengers who do want to eat onboard, a choice of freshly prepared full meals is available to satisfy the heartiest of appetites:
Nightcap and Turndown:
A nightcap and snack is delivered straight after take off. This is the best option for those passengers who have already eaten, and just want a quick treat to send them off to sleep.
Express Cold Supper Tray.
This pre-plated meal is the perfect choice for those who are a little more peckish but still want the fastest service possible in order to get maximum sleep time.
Hot Supper Tray. A choice of several generous options for those who prefer to eat a full, hot meal on their flight. (As well as the supper trays there will be additional savoury items and dessert).
If you don't want to eat straight after take off, the Good Night Flight service also allows you to take advantage of the Freedom menu service. Once the main post-departure service has finished, you can eat what you want, when you want and mix and match your choices from any of the supper trays, savoury snacks and dessert. Choose how you dine - with a partner, or alone at your seat or at the bar. Your choice of beverage will be served with your food, and also at your seat or at the bar throughout the flight.
Shortly before arrival, you'll be served breakfast, although why not have a lie-in and enjoy breakfast and a shower in the Revivals lounge instead? (Open from 04:30am until 13:30pm).
The Good Night Flight service is available throughout the cabin, apart from in the Snooze Zone. If sleeping isn't a priority, you can chat with fellow passengers at the onboard bar or relax and watch the inflight entertainment.
