Fares are one-way based on round trip ticket purchase.
The above advertised fares do not include complimentary limo service.
All passengers must pay the applicable airport taxes, air passenger duties and September 11th security charges of approximately $250.00.
The above advertised fares from Boston, Miami, New York (JFK), Newark, Orlando and Washington DC include the addition of a $161, one way ($322 round trip) air carrier security and fuel surcharge.
The above advertised fares from Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Francisco include the addition of a $209, one way ($418 round trip) air carrier security and fuel surcharge.
7 day advance purchase.
Minimum stay is Saturday night and maximum stay is 12 months.
PTA's are not permitted.
Refunds are permitted before departure for $500, after departure are non-refundable.
Changes are permitted at anytime for $500.
Child Discount: Accompanied children aged 2-11 shall pay 80% of the adult fare.
1st infant under 2 without a seat shall pay 10% of the adult fare.
