DISABLED PASSENGERS

Our priority is to always ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers. We are able to help disabled passengers and those with reduced mobility in the following ways:

• Providing assistance to passengers moving to and from their seats;
• Opening packages and identifying food;
• Assisting a passenger to use the on-board wheelchair;
• Assisting a passenger move to and from the on-board lavatory which does not involve lifting or carrying the passenger;
• Assisting a passenger to stow and retrieve carry-on items;
• providing information.
