TAKING HANG GLIDING EQUIPMENT WITH YOU

If you are going to be hang gliding at your destination you can bring one with you when you fly Virgin Atlantic in addition to your free baggage allowance and at no extra charge. Your hang glider must fit within the maximum dimensions we can take in the hold:

2.5m (98") x 1m (39") x 0.80m (31")

Please note your hang glider must not exceed 23Kg* in weight.

*Please note, for all bookings made before 25th November 2009, the maximum weight of your sports equipment should not weight more than 32Kg.
