• If a Qualifying Member is awarded the maximum bonus Flying Club miles available under this offer (100,000 miles in respect of Upper Class or 40,000 miles in respect of Premium Economy or Economy), no further bonus Flying Club miles will be awarded to that Member for any subsequent flights booked or flown.
  
  
• Tickets that are booked through Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited ("Virgin Atlantic") and ticketed on a Virgin Atlantic prefix ('VS') but operated on the services of Virgin Atlantic's codeshare partner Continental Airlines Inc will not qualify for this offer.
  
  
• Qualifying Flights can be made to any Virgin Atlantic destination but must originate from the UK or US.
  
  
• The following flights are excluded from this offer:
  
  

1. Tickets booked through Continental Airlines and ticketed on a Continental Airlines flight prefix ('CO') but operated on the services of a Virgin Atlantic flight; and

• In order to be eligible for this offer, you must register on the registration page before April 9, 2009 and before you take any Qualifying Flights.
  
  
• If you are not already a member of Flying Club, you can enroll and take up the offer by completing the online registration form on the Flying Club microsite before April 9, 2009. Registration for the offer will automatically create your Flying Club account online. If you are an existing Flying Club member without an online account, when you register for the offer on the microsite you will also be registering your Flying Club account online.
  
  
• If you already have an online account you will need to enter your membership number and answer two of the security questions.
  
  
• In order to qualify for this offer you must request your Upper Class, Premium Economy or Economy booking to be made in either J, D, W, S, Y, B, M or L booking classes during the Qualifying Period.

• In order for the normal Upper Class, Premium Economy or Economy mileage earned and the bonus Flying Club miles to be credited to your account, you must quote your Flying Club membership number when you make a booking and at check in on both outbound and inbound Qualifying Flights. All miles will then be credited to your Flying Club account within seven days of the date of your Qualifying Flights.
  
  
• For complimentary upgrades awarded by Virgin Atlantic or for upgrades purchased using Flying Club miles, the bonus Flying Club miles and the normal Upper Class, Premium Economy or Economy mileage earned will only be awarded against the booking class for the applicable full revenue ticket purchased.
  
  
• Flying Club Silver and Gold members earn an extra 25% and 50% respectively of the base flown Economy mileage as standard, on top of the miles earned on a normal Premium Economy or Upper Class flight (J, D, W or S booking classes).
