Once you land at your destination we will make every effort to deliver your checked baggage to the Arrivals Hall as quickly as possible. As you can imagine, we sometimes handle hundreds of bags per flight, and due to this sheer volume, checked baggage can on rare occasions go astray. We realise the inconvenience this may cause, and if you are not a resident of the country you have arrived in, will provide you with immediate assistance in order to replace those essential items to meet your short-term needs. Once your bag arrives at its final destination, in most destinations, we will reunite you within 24 hours of its arrival, at no cost to you.
