Relax before a flight, catch up on paperwork or hold a meeting in a Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse with the aid of one of our Clubhouse invitations. The invitations are for available for use at our Clubhouses at London Heathrow and London Gatwick.

One Clubhouse invitation is needed per company traveller and for each visit. When requesting a Clubhouse invitation, please specify whether travellers will be visiting the Heathrow or Gatwick Clubhouse.

Clubhouse invitation - 10,000 Flying Co miles per person.

You can book Clubhouse invitations by calling the Flying Co helpline* at least seven working days before departure.


The Clubhouse invitation will then be sent to the Flying Co Administrator/ Secondary Contact within five working days.
