REWARD UPGRADE CHANGES

From 1 March 2006, we're changing the way that Flying Co upgrade rewards are administered. Rather than issuing the Flying Co Administrator with an Upgrade Voucher, the reward upgrade will be added directly into the company traveller's flight booking. Of course, the upgrade is still dependent on whether there is space available in the cabin, but the new process means that your company travellers will no longer need to remember to take an Upgrade Voucher with them to the airport.

If you have previously redeemed Flying Co miles for an Upgrade Voucher, valid vouchers will still be accepted at the airport. Please note that company travellers with valid Upgrade Vouchers will need to remember to take them to the airport with them on the day of departure.

Reward upgrades will be confirmed on receipt of the company traveller receiving their boarding pass from the check in agent on the day of departure.
