Q What are the benefits of having a Flying Co account online?
A An account online gives you complete control over it. You can view and amend your company and account details, modify your username and password, add and delete Flying Club members, as well as view your statement and redeem your Flying Co miles for Virgin Atlantic flights.

Q How frequently are Flying Co miles credited to the company's account?
A Once a qualifying flight has been taken, please allow seven days for miles to be credited. The Flying Co Administrator and Secondary Contact are able to access the company's statement online, which will be updated automatically and will show all transactions within the last month, with the option to view activity over the last three months. To access your statement online you will need to log in to your online account and click on 'Manage Your Account'.

Q How do I add an existing or new Flying Club member's details or delete a Flying Club member's details?
A You will need to be logged in to your online account before you are able to update your account details. Click here to add the Flying Club member's details to your account (you will need to include their Flying Club membership number in order to complete this process).

Please note: you have to be a logged in Flying Co member to view the 'Add Flying Club Members' page.

Q I have created a Flying Co account online but can't remember what my password details are. How can I retrieve them?
A Click here to retrieve forgotten login details, where you'll be asked to answer some security questions to confirm who you are. Please note, an email confirming the login details will only be sent to the Flying Co Administrator and the Secondary Contact.

Q How do I update my Flying Co account details online?
A You will need to be logged in to your online Flying Co account in order to update your company details. If you are already logged in to your account click here to be taken to the 'Update Company Details' page.

Q Do Flying Co points expire?
A If your company maintains its membership in Flying Co, miles will not expire. If membership is not maintained your company will have 12 months from the date of termination of the contract to redeem all Flying Co points in your account. Please see Terms & Conditions for further information.

Q If my company travels extensively, are any discount rates available?
A If your company flies more than 50 round trips a year, we can usually provide tailored deals. If you would like to find out more, please call 866 871 3240. Please note, companies will not be eligible for both a sales deal and a Flying Co account.
