1. Make your air ticket request by calling our Call Center at 1-800-862-8621.
2. Be sure to have the following ready when you call:

• Credit card information (Amex, Diner's Club, M/C, Visa and Discover Card are accepted)
• No cash or checks
• Valid IATA number (required for reservation and at check-in)

3. Electronic ticket confirmation receipts will be issued via e-mail, fax, SITA print out, or Travel Agency Itinerary to passengers traveling to all routes.
4. A minimum of 2 weeks is required for processing.

Virgin Vacations Travel Agent Offers

Travel agents can now earn up to 10% commission on "Best Deals on Virgin Atlantic" vacation packages to Europe (exclusive of taxes and shipping). Virgin Vacations’ Accounting Department will remit commission payment to the travel agency on the 15th of the month after travel departure.

The maximum allowable agent mark-up fee is $150 per person (exceptions must be authorized by a Virgin Vacations reservation manager or supervisor.) Agent mark-up fee will not be refunded if passenger cancels a non-refundable package. Fee must be added at time of booking with one of our reservations agents otherwise it cannot be processed.

Just click on the destination you wish to travel to, scroll down the page, and any land packages that are being offered in that market will be listed at the end of the inclusive tour packages. You will receive your 20% discount off the price (pre-taxes) which will be reflected in your final invoice.

Take 20% off any of our Travel Extras throughout London, and 10% off add-ons throughout Europe. (Exceptions are Travel Cards, entrance fees, and rail passes.)
