VALIDATION PLATE REQUESTS

Fax or mail a letter to our Sales Support Staff. Here's what we need to process your request:

  • Letter must be sent on your agency's letterhead
  • Enclose a copy of your IATA/ARC approval letter for verification

Please allow two weeks for processing.

Please note: Only one plate per agency is allowed. If your agency's plate is lost, please send us a notarized letter advising that the plate has been lost. If the plate is stolen, please send us a copy of the police report with a notarized letter requesting another plate. Once we receive either of these documents, we will issue a new validation plate for your agency.
