Past Dated e-Tickets:
If you issued an e-ticket on a past dated booking and are unable to pull up the record in your GDS system now, this means that the past dated booking has been purged from our system. Simply contact your GDS system's Help Desk for authorization, and enter your transaction on your sales report in order to refund or reissue the ticket with an add/collect for future travel dates.
