Travel agencies wishing to arrange a prepaid ticket must have a VS ticketing plate (932). If your agency does not have a VS ticketing plate, please click here for instructions.

To send a prepaid ticket authorization, please contact our Call Center (phone number below), provide your Virgin Atlantic record locator and advise that you would like to arrange a prepaid. Once all of the information has been confirmed by a VS representative, your office will need to send a faxed copy of the PTA to the Virgin Atlantic Prepaid Department. Our fax number is below.

Virgin Atlantic's fee is $75 per ticket for PTA's on tickets sold in the US (this fee became effective April 26, 2005.) Here is the breakdown of our PTA fees for tickets sold in several countries:

• US: USD75
• Canada: CAD125
• South Africa: ZAR65

Please note the following time limits for calling in a prepaid:

*US/Caribbean originating VS flight and VS 17: four (4) hours prior to flight departure time

*UK originating VS flight and VS 18: night before the flight departure

*VS flights originating in India: 48 hours prior to the flight departure date *All other VS gateways: night before the flight departure

*Flights originating on other carriers: 48 hours prior to the flight departure date
