It's all change for our Premium Economy service. From your clients' arrival to their seat, entertainment to dining, it's all being enhanced, making it a quality experience whether your clients are travelling for business or for pleasure.

Service enhancements will include a dedicated cabin crew designed to provide a more attentive style of service, a contemporary and upgraded meal service served on china with metal cutlery, comfort aids such as a soft blanket and dedicated amenity kit and a fruit bowl service where passengers can help themselves to fruit throughout the flight.

Premium Economy will also have a bigger seat pitch that surrounds new, sumptuous purple leather recliners. These new services will be launched in November 2006, with the seat rolling out in our gateways throughout 2007. So wherever your clients are travelling to they'll have additional space and will be more comfortable than ever, which means they can be more productive and relaxed in the air, and will feel more refreshed when they land. More space, more comfort, more Premium.

Our Premium Economy booking classes are W, S and K. W and S20W fares are unrestricted. K class, as well as all other S class fares are restricted and require an advance purchase.
