Q: Are all of the amenities in the clubhouses and Revivals arrivals lounge included in the price of the ticket for Upper Class passengers? What about limos? A: Everything - spa treatments, haircuts, shoe shine service, all meals, cocktails and beverages are included in the price of each Upper Class airline ticket. As are limo transfers, for Upper Class tickets booked in J and D classes. Our flagship clubhouse at London Heathrow offers over 9,000 square feet of space, was doubled in size and refurbished last year and features a Bumble and bumble hair salon, 45-foot glass bar, sushi bar, pool room, library, sit-down restaurant, observation area and more. In Chicago, we offer shared lounge facilities with Japan Airlines on the opposite side of security so your clients can relax, enjoy self-service meals and utilize the complete business amenities. Additionally, your clients can linger in our clubhouses throughout our US gateways, from JFK to SFO. More on our clubhouses Q: It's hard to believe that your limo service is included in the cost of an Upper Class ticket A: This is a service feature that separates us from the competition. The Upper Class experience offers up to four limo transfers per round trip - from your clients' home or office to their departure airport, from the arrival airport to their hotel, and back. Other transfer options in place of the limo include a free First Class ticket on the Heathrow Express train, or a motorcycle ride into the city of London; there are a host of options and none of them cost a penny more than the price of the Upper Class ticket booked in J or D. Booking airport transfers Transfer options Q: Does the Upper Class Suite offer a truly flat bed? A: Yes, it's fully flat, spacious and parallel to the floor. It's the biggest in its class: 6 feet 7.5 inches long, 22 inches wide at the waist and 33 inches at head and shoulders. Q: Where can I find information on your booking classes? A: In the Agent Resource section of Backstage Q: How big is the A340-300? A: Our entire fleet includes wide-bodied jumbo aircraft. We have 747-400's and two members of the Airbus family: A340-300 and A340-600. The Chicago-London route is operated on an A340-300 aircraft, with the following configuration: 34 Upper Class seats 35 Premium Economy seats 171 Economy seats View our seat maps here Q: How do I sign up for your new Chicago Incentive Program for travel agents and what are the commission levels? A: You can earn up to $100 per roundtrip, flown booking in Upper Class from Chicago to London - apply online in the Backstage Offers section of virginatlantic.com/backstage Q: Where will clients meet their limo driver at O'Hare? A: Beyond customs there's a staging area where our drivers will await in Chicago O'Hare's International Terminal 5 -- your clients should proceed through immigration, baggage claim and customs first. Q: What is the minimum connecting time at O'Hare and London Heathrow? A: 90 minutes in Chicago and London for international flights Q: Tell me more about your partnership with Continental Airlines A: While you cannot use negotiated Continental fares for tickets sold on Virgin Atlantic and vice-versa, you can book our codeshare flights.
