Lights, Camera, Action...here's your guide to becoming a Producer:
Virgin Atlantic recognizes the valuable role travel agencies play and compensates those agencies that move business for Virgin Atlantic by offering an incentive program based on the targets outlined below. For your travel agency to be considered in this flat fee programme, your agency must:
Have a minimum of 30% market share from ALL Virgin Atlantic US gateways (BOS, EWR, IAD, JFK, LAS, LAX, MCO, MIA, ORD, SFO) to London on Virgin Atlantic owned and operated aircraft. Market share is the percentage of business Virgin Atlantic receives versus other airlines.
Sell a minimum of $25,000 in revenue per year on Virgin Atlantic
Be a US-based travel agency
Be a single location agency, with a single ARC or IATA number. Agencies with multiple locations should email theproducers@fly.virgin.com.
All bookings must have a Flying Club number attached to the respective PNR
Use Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Sabre or Worldspan
If you meet these requirements, please complete and submit our application form.
The program rewards sales on higher yielding fares, is facilitated through your GDS and should still be taken at time-of-ticketing, once you have received email notification from us advising that your agency has been approved.
