Q How do I claim missing miles for flights taken with partner airlines?

A. Send us your original ticket stubs and boarding passes using the claim missing miles form. Please note: you must be a logged in Flying Club member to view the claim missing miles form.

Q How long will it take for my miles earned with a partner company to show up in my account?

A When booking flights and activities with our partner companies, make sure you quote your Flying Club membership number at the time of booking and show your card at check in. If the miles don't appear on your account after 30 days, please send all your original documentation to us for investigation. We require original ticket stubs and boarding passes, car rental agreements and hotel invoices. Before any miles are added we will contact the partner to verify your request. This may take up to 30 days. Please check the Flying Club Partner Terms and Conditions for qualifying booking classes.

Q How far back can I claim missing miles?

A Our backdating period is 6 months from the date of travel, hotel stay or other partner activity.

Q Can I earn extra miles if my friends or family stay in a partner hotel with me?

A No, only the Flying Club member who has stayed and paid for the accomodation will be eligible to earn miles. You must send us your original hotel invoice which shows the rate you paid. The booking confirmation alone is not sufficient. The name on the hotel invoice must match your Flying Club details.



Q How far in advance can I book my rewards?

A Flight rewards can normally be booked up to 11 months in advance. However, all partner agreements may differ a little. Please contact your Flying Club helpline if you need further assistance.

Q Why do I need to send original documentation when claiming missing miles?

A We need your original documentation for verification, as we will contact your partner to validate your request.

Q If I already have miles credited to my Flying Club account, can these miles be removed in order for them to be credited to another frequent flyer programme?

A Unfortunately not, once the miles have been credited we cannot move them to another account.

Q Can I transfer my American Express Rewards points into my Flying Club account?

A Yes, but rewards cannot be booked until the transfer of miles is complete. Please allow ten business days to transfer American Express Membership Reward Points into your Flying Club account.
