I am new to the website, how do I enrol in the Flying Club program?

Q I am new to the website, how do I enrol in the Flying Club program?
A
It's easy, enrol online. Once you've completed the enrolment form you'll be able to print out your temporary membership card (a permanent membership card will be sent to after you've taken your first flight).

Q As a member of Flying Club how do I register my membership online if I haven't done so already?
A
All you need is your membership number in order to register online. Once you've successfully registered, you'll be given details of your username and password which you'll need to keep a note of, to enable you to login.

Q I am trying to enter my Flying Club membership number but your website will not accept it, why is that?
A
When entering your membership number, please enter it in full as stated on your membership card, excluding any spaces e.g., 00123456789

Q I have registered my Flying Club membership online but I have forgotten my password and/or username.
A
Retrieve forgotten password details, where you'll be asked to answer some security questions to confirm your membership. To retrieve your forgotten username please contact the Flying Club helpline.

Q I would like to change my password for online access to my Flying Club account.
A
To change your password and/or personal details. Please note: you have to be a logged in Flying Club member to view the update your details page.

Q How do I change or update my account details?
A You can amend or update your personal details and communication preferences by logging into your account and by selecting the 'manage my account'section. If you are already logged in please complete the update your details form. Please note: you have to be a logged in flying club member to view the update your details page.

Q I've forgotten my Flying Club membership number, but want to register for an account online, how do I do this?
A
No problem, call the Flying Club helpline on

and they'll be able to give this to you once you've answered a few security questions.

Q Can anyone have access to my flying club account?
A Members may nominate one or more individuals as an 'Authorised Account User'. An Authorised Account User will be able to make bookings on the member's behalf and redeem miles from the member's account, for themselves, the member or a third party, without the need for confirmation from the member. The member is deemed to consent to all bookings or redemptions made by the Authorised Account User.

Q When will I receive my membership card?

A The full flying club enrolment process normally takes less than 28 days. You will receive a membership pack once you have taken either a Virgin Atlantic or Codeshare or Partner flight, or tipped miles to your account from one of our financial partners. If you have taken a qualifying Virgin Atlantic flight and you still haven't received anything after this time period, please contact your flying club helpline where they will be happy to help.

Q What is the minimum age limit to join flying club?

A Flying Club is open to everyone aged 12 years and over. If you are between 12 and 18 we'll need a signature from your parent or guardian. Enrol online now and print off the form on the final page for your parent or guardian to sign and post or fax back to us. Once we received the signed form you'll become a member with an online account.

Q Does my flying club account expire?

A Your flying club account will not expire providing that you've earned or redeemed miles on your account ina 36 months period. Each mileage transaction ensures a further 36 months of active flying club miles.
