Is the bed fully flat?
Yes, it is totally flat. This allows for a proper night's sleep in total comfort - so that on landing you will be as refreshed and relaxed as possible (and thus able to work more efficiently).

What are the bed's dimensions?
The bed is 79.5" (202cm) long (82"/208cm on the upper deck) and 33" (84cm) wide across the shoulder area, making it one of the biggest fully flat beds in business class.

Do I get a seat and a bed?
Yes. At the touch of a button the seat flips over into a fully flat bed. This allows for different materials to be used on each side for optimum seating and sleeping comfort. The seat's soft leather and the bed's breathable fabric means that it always feels fresh and comfortable to sit and sleep upon.

Is an aisle seat guaranteed for everyone?
Yes. Every seat has direct access to an aisle - even the window seats.

How many seats are there across the cabin?
There is a maximum of four Upper Class Suites across the cabin.

Will you make my bed for me?
Yes. The turndown service provided by our award winning cabin crew means that they'll prepare your Suite for sleeping with soft, white bed linen and even serve you breakfast in bed.

Does the seat have to be upright for takeoff and landing?
No. You can choose the seat position you want, from upright to reclined.

Could you tell me more about the ottoman?
The ottoman is far more than just somewhere to put your feet. Not only does it contain extra storage space, it can also act as a seat for a guest, enabling you to hold a meeting or even share a drink with a friend.

Will I still get my own personal TV screen?
Yes. Everyone has their own 10.4" personal TV screen.

Yes, this unique feature forms part of the Upper Class cabin experience. Sit, relax and have a drink with colleagues.

Will I be able to work during the flight?
Yes, definitely. Every seat is fitted with its own in-seat power supply, and a highly manoeuvrable, large table, which allows you to get up from your seat without having to stow it away. There are reading lights for when the cabin lights are dimmed.
