Must Ride

Must Ride is our guaranteed service for urgent and perishable shipments. When booking your freight you will receive a priority allocation on the requested flight, subject to availability. If we are unable to move your cargo as booked, the freight charges will be waived and the shipment will fly free on the following flight.

Onforwarding Services

Through our direct flight operating schedule, our onforwarding network stretches to over 100 destinations worldwide. Whether the onforwarding connection is by air or truck, we aim to deliver your cargo on time and without delay.

Security Handling

We can offer a high security handling service for all your valuable or vulnerable shipments; charges vary depending on commodity.

Unaccompanied Baggage

Our inhouse shipping department specialise in freighting personal effects and household goods for all passengers flying to our direct Virgin Atlantic destinations.

*Please note that we are only able to accept unaccompanied baggage from passengers originating ex UK. For all passengers travelling to the UK, we recommend that you contact a local freight forwarder who will be able to advise what options are available to you.
