As an Upper Class passenger or Flying Club Gold member, you can benefit from being able to prebook a complimentary pampering treat at Cowshed at the Clubhouse or at the Bumble and bumble salon 8 weeks in advance of your flight.

The prebooking service is an exclusive benefit for Upper Class passengers and Flying Club Gold members. If you are bringing a guest to the Clubhouse with you, they are welcome to use the spa but can only book their desired treatments directly at the Clubhouse on the day of departure.

Online treatment requests can be made up to eight weeks before your flight. There is a restriction of one treatment per customer per flight. A limited number of treatment times are available on the day of departure, should you wish to book on arrival at the Clubhouse or change an existing online booking please contact the Spa reception.

We will endeavour to accommodate your preferred appointment time; however this may not always be available due to high demand. You will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your treatment time ahead of your flight.

To book a treatment, please complete an online Clubhouse treatment form.

Please note, bookings for any treatment must be made 24 hours prior to date of departure, and we may have to make adjustments to your booking at certain times.

Please also ensure you arrive in good time for your treatment. Unfortunately if you have not arrived within 5 minutes of your booked time, we will have no option but to offer it to someone else.
