ECONOMY SALE FARES

All fares are inclusive of pre-paid passenger taxes, fees, charges and surcharges (subject to change). Terms and conditions apply.

1. The sale fares shown include pre-paid passenger taxes, fees, charges and surcharges (subject to change). Fares shown above are correct as of 14 December 2006.

2. Weekend supplement is applicable for travel on Friday, Saturday and Sundays in each direction on selected routes, please check at time of booking. (Please note if outbound travel is midweek and inbound travel is weekend or vice versa, then 50% of midweek fare and 50% of weekend fare must be added together to create the total roundtrip fare).

3. These sale fares must be booked and paid for by 11pm on 27 December 2006.

4. The sale fares are for outbound travel on selected flights between 03 January 2006 and 15 March 2007 inclusive. For specific dates and fares please see the table above.

5. Minimum stay is a Saturday night, maximum stay is 12 months.

6. Flying Club miles, bonus miles and tier points are available on selected routes based on booking class, check whilst booking to see if the fare is eligible for Flying Club miles.

7. Children (under 12) pay 75% of the full adult fare. Infants (under 2) pay 10% of the full adult fare (exclusive of passenger taxes, fees charges and surcharges).

8. All travel is strictly subject to availability. The number of seats available on each flight at the offer price is restricted and it is possible that the seats allocated to this offer on a particular flight may be fully booked, even though seats are still available in other booking classes. Some flights may have no availability on certain dates and popular dates (i.e. weekends, school and public holidays) will fill quickly and Virgin Atlantic cannot guarantee availability.

9. Sale fares are not available on codeshare flights.

10. Virgin Atlantic's published Conditions of Carriage apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available from Virgin Atlantic.

11. Once a booking has been confirmed date changes are not permitted. Cancellations are not permitted and no compensation and/or refund will be made available.

12. Once tickets have been issued Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Virgin Atlantic.

13. These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
