We are committed to safe and comfortable pet travel and are able to carry dogs and cats on board our aircraft to the following destinations:
Exceptions do apply and we recommend that you check at time of booking. If you are planning on travelling with your pet, we do advise that you contact us first to check availability for your pet before booking your own flight. All of our furry travellers are treated with extra special care; they travel in the cargo hold, which is heated and air-conditioned just like the cabin (please note that we cannot carry pets within the passenger cabin). Your lovable pets can also earn you 1,000 bonus flying club miles; our way of saying thank you for choosing to fly with us. Make sure you ask for details, when you place your booking.
