ASSISTANCE FOR ADULTS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES TRAVELLING ALONE

If an adult passenger is unable to comprehend or respond appropriately to safety instructions, (other than due to language barriers), Special Assistance may require further information in order to establish if the passenger is capable of independent travel.

Please contact Special Assistance in advance, so that clearance to travel alone can be gained if necessary and any arrangements made.
