Save time online and use Online Check In.  Save time at the airport and print, fax or e-mail your boarding pass  When you have a confirmed ticket, you can manage and review your booking.

Click the Check in link below and enter your details at least 2 hours before your flight is due to depart. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GET TO THE AIRPORT? When you arrive at the airport go straight to the Bag Drop where we'll check your luggage and give you a boarding pass. You will need to show your travel documents including passport and confirmed ticket at the Virgin Atlantic Bag Drop. WHICH SERVICE IS CHECK IN AVAILABLE FOR? AMEND YOUR BOOKINGWhen you have your confirmed ticket you can amend the following: - Seat selection - Meal selection - Frequent Flyer details - Advance Passenger Information TO AMEND YOUR BOOKING PLEASE CLICK HERE *Please note the Amend Booking service is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight. Bookings made through a travel agent can only be accessed online when tickets have been issued for all passengers in the booking.
