HOW DO I CHECK IN ONLINE?

Click the Check in link below and enter your details at least 2 hours before your flight is due to depart.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GET TO THE AIRPORT?

When you arrive at the airport go straight to the Bag Drop where we'll check your luggage and give you a boarding pass. You will need to show your travel documents including passport and confirmed ticket at the Virgin Atlantic Bag Drop.

*Please note the Amend Booking service is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight. Bookings made through a travel agent can only be accessed online when tickets have been issued for all passengers in the booking.
