EARN MILES

Up to and including 31 December 2006:

Miles earned: 500 - 1,000 per qualifying stay.

From 01 January 2007:

2 miles per U.S. dollar spent and 3 miles per U.S. dollar spent for Gold and Platinum Preferred Guest® members on all qualifying charges charged to your room bill.

In order to earn Flying Club miles, you must be a member of Starwood Preferred Guest, Starwood's own loyalty programme. Enrol on-line at www.spg.comOpens in a new window at the hotel check in or by calling one of the SPG Customer Contact Centres. When enrolling, make sure you set your preferences to always earn Flying Club miles.

To make a booking and ensure you earn your Flying Club miles:

  • Make a booking on-line at www.spg.comOpens in a new window or by contacting Starwood's central reservations on 00800 325 35353.
  • Enrol in the SPG programme and select to earn Flying Club miles.
  • Show your Flying Club membership card at check in.
  • All miles are earned based on spend at the hotel.
  • Keep all copies of your original receipts until the correct amount of miles appear on your account. If the miles do not show on your account within six weeks, please submit a claim via our claim missing partner miles form. Please note: you have to be a logged in as a Flying Club member to view the Claim Missing Miles form.

SPEND MILES

The last day to redeem miles for a reward stay with Starwood Hotels & Resorts is 31 December 2006. Please contact your local Flying CLub team to make a request. Hotel vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and therefore all stays must be completed by 30 June 2007.

Miles required: 35,000 - 150,000

  • Reservations are subject to availability.
  • The mileage levels shown below entitle you to a two night stay for two people.
  • To book a hotel stay, call your Flying Club helpline for a voucher, then contact the hotel reservations to check availability and make a booking.
  • Hotel vouchers are valid for six months.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Earning miles:



  • From 01 January 2007, you must be an SPG member in order to earn Flying Club miles.
  • You must enrol into the SPG prgramme before or during your first stay to ensure that you will earn your Flying Club miles for that stay.
  • Miles are earned based on total spend at the hotel.
  • Eligible charges include almost all room rates, food & beverage charges, laundry and dry cleaning, telephone and in-room faxes, in-room movies and in-room video games. Please check with the hotel at the time of booking.
  • Ineligible charges include but are not limited to taxes, service charges, gratuities, parking, recreational charges, airline crew room rates, any portion of a stay in excess of 30 consecutive nights. Please check with the hotel at the time of booking.
