HOW TO BOOK

Earning miles:

When booking, you'll need to quote your Flying Club membership number and show your membership card at check in.

To make a reservation, call the airline direct on (001) 808 838 1555.

Keep all copies of your original tickets/e-tickets and boarding passes until the correct amount of miles appear on your account.

If the miles do not show on your account within six weeks, complete a claim missing miles form.
Please note: you must be logged in to your Flying Club account to view the Claim Missing Miles form.

Spending miles:

Please contact your local Flying Club helpline to check availability and to make a booking.

Earning miles:

Miles will be issued to Flying Club members when travelling in the following qualifying classes:

Trans Pacific
First Class/Business: J, P, A*
Economy Class: W, Y, Q, B, N, M

Sydney & South Pacific
First Class/Business: J, P, A*
Economy Class: W, Y, Q, B, N, M

InterIsland
First Class/ Business: F, P, J, A*
Economy Class: X, Y, V, S, I, W, Q, B, N, M

A* = an upgrade class and earns Y class miles

Spending miles:

All mileage levels are for a return ticket excluding passenger taxes, duties, fees, charges and surcharges.
All reward flights with Hawaiian Airlines are subject to availability.
Blackout dates may apply and certain routes may not be available, please check with your local Flying Club helpline. Only flights operated by Hawaiian Airlines itself will qualify to earn and/or redeem miles.

One open jaw permitted.
Stopovers are allowed for connecting flights within 4 hours. Blackout dates may apply.
