Delta offers flights to 452 destinations in 95 countries on Delta, Delta Shuttle, the Delta Connection carriers and its worldwide partners. Delta also is a major carrier to Mexico, South and Central America and the Caribbean.

We are sorry to inform Flying Club members that our partnership with Delta Air Lines will end effective 1st March 2008. Please note that it will not be possible to earn Flying Club miles on Delta after this time:

29th February 2008 - is the last travel date for Flying Club members to earn Flying Club miles for qualifying travel on Delta.
29th August 2008 - is the last date for any retrospective claims to be received and processed by the Flying Club Support team.

No retrospective claim will be accepted from the 30th August 2008 and beyond, regardless of the date of travel.

Please note that the Delta Logo will still be featured on our airport check-in kiosks until the 28th March. This does not affect the above.

  • When booking, you'll need to quote your Flying Club membership number.
  • Please show your Flying Club membership card at check in.
  • For one way flights, halve the number of miles earned.
  • To make a reservation, call the airline direct on 0845 600 0950.
  • Keep all copies of your original tickets/e-tickets and boarding passes until the correct amount of miles appear on your account. If the miles do not show on your account within six weeks, click here to make a claim. Please note: you must be logged in to your Flying Club account to view the Claim Missing Miles form.
  • If you're a member of one of our partner airlines' frequent flyer programmes, please note that you can only earn miles in one scheme for any particular flight.

Miles will be issued to Flying Club members when travelling in the following qualifying classes:

First Class - US Domestic
Full fare: F
Published Discounted fare: A

Business Class
Full fare: J, C
Published Discounted fare: D, I

Economy Class
Full Fare: Y
Published Discounted fare: B, M, K, Q, H, L, U, T, S


Flying Club members can earn on the following flights which will show a DL designator:

DL Shuttle
Delta Connection which consists of:
Atlantic Southeast Airlines
Big Sky Airlines
Comair
Chautauqua Airlines
Freedom Airlines
Shuttle America
Sky West
Express Jet

Miles cannot be earned on the following booking classes: R, O, N and E
