If the miles do not show on your account within six weeks, click here to make a claim. Please note: you must be a logged in to your Flying Club account to view the Claim Missing Miles form.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Earning miles:
A qualifying minimum credit of 500 miles will be allowed for each sector.
Miles may be earned on the following qualifying classes:
First Class: F
Economy Class: Y, H, W, B, Q, L, K, V, M
Miles will not be awarded for travel on bulk, charter or other unpublished fares, travel industry reduced rate or other non revenue tickets including reward tickets or flights with HP flight prefix operated by any carrier other than America West Airlines or America West Express.
Spending miles:
Routes are within and between the 48 adjacent states, Alaska, Canada and Mexico.
One stopover or open jaw allowed per itinerary for an additional 10,000 miles unless it is a gateway city (connecting to an international flight).
