HOW TO BOOK


Earning miles:

When booking, you'll need to quote your Flying Club membership number and show your Flying Club membership card at check in.

To make a reservation, call the airline direct on +44 207 744 0800

Keep all copies of your original tickets/e-tickets and boarding passes until the correct amount of miles appear on your account.

If the miles do not show on your account within six weeks, click here to make a claim.
Please note: you must be logged in to your Flying Club account to view the Claim Missing Miles form.

Spending miles:

Please contact your local Flying Club helpline to check availability and to make a booking.

All mileage levels are for a return ticket excluding passenger taxes, duties, fees, charges and surcharges.
