• Your ticket has not been purchased in the UK.
• You have made a Flying Club booking.
• You wish to change your booking.
• Your ticket was purchased through a travel agent or tour operator.
• You do not wish to cancel all of the passengers/flights in your booking.
• Your claim is not for a ticket refund.
