Virgin Atlantic American Express® Credit Card Festive Bonus Miles Offer
1. This Virgin Atlantic American Express® Credit Card Festive Bonus Miles Offer (the "Promotion") is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over.

2. The Promotion commences on and including 1 October 2007 and finishes on and including 31 January 2008 (the "Promotion Period").

3. The Promotion is restricted to Virgin Atlantic American Express® Credit Cardmembers only who hold an active Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited Flying Club account.

4. Throughout the Promotion Period only:
a) Virgin Atlantic American Express® White Credit Cardmembers will be credited with:
(i) 2 Flying Club miles per £1 spent on purchases at the following retailers in the UK only: Selfridges Retail Limited, Amazon EU Sarl (amazon.co.uk), PizzaExpress, Toys "R" Us Limited, Ocado Limited, Heal & Son Ltd (Heals); and at the following retailers in the UK and US: Morgans Hotel Group Co. and Avis Rent a Car Ltd; and at Bloomingdale's Inc. in the US only.

(ii) 3 Flying Club miles per £1 spent on purchases at the following Virgin Companies within the UK: Virgin Holidays Limited, Virgin Wines Limited, Virgin Experience Days (Acorne Ltd) and Virgin Active Limited; and with Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited (worldwide).

b) Virgin Atlantic American Express® Black Credit Cardmembers will be credited with:
(i) 4 Flying Club miles per £1 spent on purchases at the following retailers in the UK only: Selfridges Retail Limited, Amazon EU Sarl (amazon.co.uk), PizzaExpress, Toys "R" Us Limited, Ocado Limited, Heal & Son Ltd (Heals); and at the following retailers in the UK and US: Morgans Hotel Group Co. and Avis Rent a Car Ltd; and at Bloomingdale's Inc. in the US only.

(ii) 6 Flying Club miles per £1 spent on purchases at the following Virgin Companies within the UK: Virgin Holidays Ltd, Virgin Wines Limited, Virgin Experience Days (Acorne Ltd) and Virgin Active Limited; and with Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited (worldwide).

5. Qualifying card purchases exclude cash transactions, payments by credit card cheques and balance transfers.

6. Flying Club miles earned as part of the Promotion will be added to the Virgin Atlantic American Express® Cardmember’s account within six to eight weeks of the retail transaction on their Virgin Atlantic Express® Credit Card.

7. The number of Flying Club miles earned from qualifying credit card spend will be displayed on the Virgin Atlantic American Express® Credit Cardmember’s monthly credit card statement.

8. Flying Club miles are earned for each whole pound spent on each transaction on the Virgin Atlantic American Express® Cardmember’s credit card.

9. Where a refund is made on the Virgin Atlantic American Express® Cardmember’s credit card, their Flying Club miles total will be adjusted accordingly.

10. Flying Club miles have no cash value and are not exchangeable under any circumstances for cash and cannot be transferred to other Flying Club accounts.
