Terms & Conditions

On top of the miles you earn as a Virgin Atlantic Black Cardmember on all Regus products and services when you pay using your card, you will earn additional miles on these specific services when you quote your Flying Club number: meeting rooms, new 1st year office contracts, new virtual office contracts, and businessworld platinum programme.

1. You must enrol into the Regus businessworld programme before your first purchase from Regus to ensure that you will earn Flying Club miles for that purchase.
2. Any miles awarded will be made to the businessworld/Flying Club member, upon that member identifying themselves as a holder of a businessworld card. The member must also provide their businessworld membership number with every purchase.
3. Miles will be automatically allocated to the members Flying Club membership account within 30 days of purchase of Regus products or services.
4. Meeting rooms or offices reserved by corporations, master-billed offices and offices booked at the corporate rates are not eligible purchases on which to earn miles.
5. Miles may only be earned for full or published rates, please check with the Regus centre at the time of booking.
6. Use of all Regus products and services is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
7. Businessworld gold memberships are valid for 12 months. Memberships will be reviewed at the end of each term unless cancelled by the member or Regus by giving one month's written notice.
8. Miles will not be awarded for the value of the complimentary Regus businessworld gold membership.
9. As a Virgin Atlantic Black Cardmember, and Regus businessworld gold member you may bring one guest into the business lounge or café, provided that Regus determines there is adequate space available. A guest is defined as someone who doesn't need access to phone or internet services. If a guest is in need of these services Regus will be happy to provide them for an additional fee.
10. The terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited and Regus Management Limited.

*There is a card fee of £115 per annum. We will charge handling fees on the total amount of each transaction type as follows: all balance transfers 2% (min £3, no max); all cheque transactions 2% (min £3, no max); all money transfers 2% (min £3, no max); all cash transactions 2% (min £3, no max). We will charge a commission of 2.75% of the value of each foreign-currency transaction (of which American Express retain 1%). The maximum amount of credit you can have under this agreement is subject to status. If the balance shown on your statement is less than £25, your minimum monthly repayment will be the total amount of the statement balance. If the balance shown on your statement is £25 or more, your minimum monthly repayment will be whichever is the greater of: £25; or 1% of your statement balance before any default charges and interest (to which we'll then add the default charges and interest).
